Alan
Hill is a
Sr. Leadership and Career Coach at SRK, Inc. He
is also a professional business speaker,
author and
executive
leadership consultant for the Alan
specializes in helping CEO’s and managers of Fortune 1000 and
privately held
global companies implement a compelling leadership vision that creates
unlimited business growth through employee development. Alan
started
his career as an IT professional working in small privately held retail
shops
and Fortune 500 global multi-national corporations.
According
to Alan, he chose this field at a
young age, before personal computers were invented, when he noticed an
economic anomaly for digital products (LED watches and calculators). Prices
were dropping while functionality was
ever-increasing.
He intuitively knew
something special was happening in this new industry that was destined
to
change the world and he wanted to be a part of it. After
a 20
year career in IT, Alan took the lessons of his corporate systems and
military
leadership experience and combined them into a new enterprise
consulting on
leadership systems for business. As
a
champion of personal development, Alan advocates for corporate change
through
incentives for employees to participate in the risks and rewards of
business.
Alan
believes
that employees should do more than just show up to do a job and that
corporations must do more than just provide products and services. Both
must combine to provide unique and
compelling value to their customers and thus win in the marketplace. Alan
has
authored several reports, videos, articles, and ebooks on various
topics

“Applying Transformation
Principles”, “Creating Trade Based Corporate
